Websites: Down Payment Required.

The down payment covers the time spent on your sample designs and is not refundable. If you decide to continue with your site development, this fee will be deducted from the balance due.

Due to too many outstanding accounts, all website packages must be paid in full within 30 days.

Prices DO NOT include java scripts, shopping carts, chats, etc.

These are add-on items and will an additional fee will be assessed at $15.00 per hour.

 Have editing experience, but need a design? Got it covered. Choose from a growing selection of designs that are pre-made for your convenience. Designs will come with a blank title graphic, and two more blank pages. Just copy the pages to create more, add in your links and content and you are ready to go!

UPDATES & RELATED MAINTENANCE

A few words about site management

I will happily manage your website updates for a reasonable, as needed fee. I will not charge you a monthly fee as some other designers do, but instead will bill you for your updates as you need them and based on the amount of work involved.

Note that if you send me jumbo picture files that I will have to spend time resizing and cropping, the charge is .50 PER PHOTO.

The minimum charge for updates will be $10.00

If your update charge will be over $15.00 I will notify you for approval first.
